Shipping

Our current shipping prices are NZ wide, specified at checkout and are calculated based on weight.

0-2kg - $8.00

2.01-5kg - $15.

5.01kg - 10kg - $20

Oversized orders please contact us!

International shipping can be arranged, so please contact us with an enquiry. There is no GST (tax) charged on goods shipped overseas.
Orders received after 9.00am will be shipped the next business day. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.
We aim to ship your products within one working day from receiving confirmation of payment, however due to our wide range of products some items may go out of stock.
Depending on where your order is being shipped to, delivery usually takes from 2-5 working days, however we can not guarantee delivery within this time frame.
Delivery can be delayed over Public Holidays were freight providers are unavailable.
Delivery of your order will be via either NZ Courier Post or via another freight company - chosen at the discretion of Inspire. If you have specific delivery instructions/information - including authority to leave or sign on delivery instructions, then please include these in the comments section of your order.
Please note: Non NZ Post Courier deliveries can not be left at PO Box addresses a physical address is required.

Returns

We do hope that you are very happy with your purchase. However, if you are not, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or email. Regular priced goods need to be returned in their original condition with packaging and tags intact, within 14 days in order to receive an exchange. Sale items in store and online are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange so please choose carefully. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund can be provided. When returning items please use a secure postage method that can be tracked. The item is your responsibility until we receive it. We reserve the right not to refund your product simply because you have 'changed your mind'.
