All prices on this website are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Payment for orders can be made through credit card via PayPal or Stripe or by bank deposit (please contact us for bank deposit details) or in person with pick up.
Our online shop reflects the stock available in our Te Anau store however errors can happen with stocking and we will do our best to ensure stock availability. If you have seen a product in store but cannot find it online, please feel free to email us and we will make it available as soon as we are able. If you see a product online that is “Out of stock” you can make an “Email enquiry”. You can ask us to put one on hold for you when/if they come back in or you could ask us to double check our stock levels.
If we are unable to fulfill your entire order we will contact you via your supplied email address. Please note your credit card will be refunded for the item we cannot supply if this occurs. Please allow 5 working days for this.
