Made from a heavy weight drapey Polyester, this blouse features a ruffled neck, and an elasticated ruffled sleeve. With a straight fit through the body, the hem is split at the side making it perfect for either a full, or a half tuck. There is no stretch in this fabric, so the back is finished with a split and button/elastic fastening.
